Flyball is a relay race for dogs and the world's fastest growing dog sport. RUFF, Colorado's first club, was formed in 2000 and things have really taken off since then!
We're proud of our accomplishments so far, but what we're most delighted about is the look of JOY on the faces of the owners and their dogs!
Flyball is a TEAM sport and we believe that by working together we can give back to our community.
RUFF's Mission Statement
RUFF is a non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging responsible dog ownership, without discrimination in regard to breed or pedigree, and enriching the human-dog bond through educational programs, flyball demonstrations and supporting dog rescue organizations.
The History of RUFF
RUFF was the first official Flyball club in the state of Colorado formed in September of 2000.
One of our goals has been to promote the sport and help new teams get up and running all across the region. Colorado dogs deserve to play, too!
We've trained more than 500 dogs to play and brought home many Flyball titles over the years. RUFF offers beginner, intermediate and advanced classes in Flyball where you and your dog learn the techniques to play Flyball. If you'd like to play with your dog and/or race with a team, check out our classes!
